Success in Italia!
[wdpv_vote standalone="yes"] Its definitely a lot more tricky than I first imagined to keep this blog updated! Still its good to keep everyone updated on the company’s progress.
Milan was a great success I have to say. It was a fantastic opportunity to discuss our work and to get the business card out there and to so many other countries too. We had representatives from Italy, Switzerland, France and Germany so we were quite a multicultural conference! Can’t say too much apart from that but all I’ll say for now is that there are some exciting things in the pipeline!
The restaurant in the evening was great and it was a good opportunity to get to know everyone personally. I think most people had the same idea to rent an apartment for the night and then head back to the airport first thing. I shared a taxi with William Fallan who is CEO of another company in Edinburgh. Great guy. Didn’t get much sightseeing done in Milan which was a bit of a shame but no doubt the wife will drag me there sometime in the near future! We did manage to grab some breakfast in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele before heading to the airport though which was really quite spectacular.
I’m expecting to hear back from one of the Swiss firms I spoke with in Milan later on. If all goes well, there should be an exciting business opportunity in the pipeline so will update you on any progression in due course.
